WALK, RUN, OR ROLL FOR DIABETES

ABOUT

I am organizing the forth annual Walk, Run, or Roll Fundraiser for Diabetes Research. This year, funds will be going to JDRF Canada, the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research.

There are more than 300,000 Canadians living with type 1 diabetes. I am one of them.

So far, there is no cure, but hopefully, through time, there will be one.

Thanks to the support of many generous people in 2021, 2022, and 2023 we have raised over $6000 for diabetes research and support projects, and I'd like to raise more again this year!

This is a virtual event. You choose the time and the place and commit to walk, run or roll the suggested distance.  Make your donation to JDRF using my official link below.

This event takes place between October 14-November 14, 2024.
November 14th is World Diabetes Day.

For the walk, run, or roll you can not use motorized or electric machines.

Make sure to take a selfie and send it in once you're done as I'd love to showcase your support.

Make sure to tell your friends!
